Homefire ecoal produces 80% less smoke and 25% less CO2 than house coal and is approved for use in smoke control zones.  Homefire ecoal is the country’s first smokeless fuel to be manufactured using 30% renewable materials.  These materials come from plants that absorb much of the Carbon Dioxide that is released when our solid fuel burns, making ecoal much kinder to the environment than other coal based smokeless fuels.
